Inspired by the exhibition Becoming Another: The Power of Masks I created custom patterns drawn from the mask traditions of Tibet, Japan, and the North-West Coast tribes of North America and applied them both individually on die-cut inserts as well as collectively on a gloss/matte black iron-cross folder.
